If any item is faulty for any reason please contact us via e mail within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will organise it to be swapped over at our expense. We do not exchange or refund on change of mind or change of flavour. 

Our products are usually dispatched within 2-12 hours after purchase on business days and then sent via express post. Then delivered 1-2 days to anywhere in Australia.
